I have been using HPL bands for a few weeks now and I feel so much better.  I have fibromyalgia and my shoulders have hurt and I have had some tingling fingers  for quite a while.  The tingling is almost gone now and my shoulders feel great.  I had back surgery in 1991 and have had problems because of that and do some back exercises........

HPL Bands!  I love them!  I have many body joint issues.  Exercise, and stretching with the HPL bands has been a great help to my upper and lower body.  As time continued, I was instructed how to stretch my lower back and my wrist with these bands.  I have never felt a stretch with other products as I have with the HPL bands.  If you don't have one, get one.  If you have one....USE IT!

I had increased my running regimen and with it came ankle and shin pain. Summer showed me how to stretch these areas with the #3 HPL band. I followed her instructions and stretched twice daily. After a week, I haven't had any problems since. I even ran a leg in a marathon last week!

Training with Summer has increased my strength tremendously and improved my flexibility, endurance and appearance.
