UPDATE- April 14, 2006
Eric has been seen in the gym weight training 4 days a week! Eric has reduced the amount of sweets and is making better food choices. Eric has LOST 19 lbs! "I can almost see my six pack," says Eric.
Chris is also making progress. She is also weight training 4 days a week and performing cardiovascular activites 4-6 days per week. " I am noticing a difference. My clothes feel better and I can see the definition in my arms!"
